Akcenta does not have a traditional rate sheet. Instead, it compiles individual exchange rate bids for each client at the moment a trade is negotiated.

The corporate responsibility of Akcenta is based on the belief that helping, contributing and building social and environmental values is a matter of course for a successful Company. Therefore, Akcenta introduces measures that minimize the impact of its activities on the environment. Therefore, the most modern technologies for energy savings and recuperation were used for the reconstruction of new premises. Employees of the Company are also encouraged to sort waste.
In the sphere of sponsorship and support of civil society, Akcenta focuses on long-term cooperation. For many years, the Company has been supporting TyfloCentrum Hradec Králové o.p.s. which helps visually impaired people. It is also a partner of the Czech Golf Association for Disabled People (CZDGA), which brings together more than 180 players with different types of disabilities. AKCENTA CZ also cooperates with chráněné dílny (sheltered workshops) when preparing Christmas gifts and New Year's wishes. The support these activities the Company tries to engage wider public, for example, by organizing charity theatre performances, such as Čtyři dohody (The Four Agreements) by Jaroslav Dušek, which was a very successful, hopelessly sold out performance at the Klicper Theatre in Hradec Králové.
The Company’s sponsoring activities in the field of sport focuses primarily on smaller sports events. An exception is a traditional partnership in the prestigious golf tournament Lady Abrahams Trophy which officially opens the Czech golf season. Other supported sports events, more locally targeted but with the more greater impact on local communities, include Brniště Half Marathon, CZECHMAN Triatlon and participation in the charity Run For Help in Poděbrady.
